    A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including

    • Itching/swelling
    • Severe dizziness
    • Trouble breathing

    • Vitamin E does not usually cause side effects when used in recommended doses.
    • However, vitamin E may cause side effects if taken at high doses or for a long period of time. In these situations, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps, tiredness, dizziness, blurred vision, and headache may rarely occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

    • Read directions carefully before start of therapy
    • Use sunscreen
    • Room temperature
    • For capsule products : Take at the same time(s) daily as directed. Do not take high doses unless told by doctor. May make you dizzy. Use caution when driving. Reduce or avoid drinking alcohol. Review all drugs you are taking with your doctor. Avoid other medicines containing the same drug. Eat vegetable oils, wheat germ & whole grain cereal.
    • For cream products : Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth or genitals. Clean skin before applying. Use at the same time(s) daily as directed. Apply a thin layer and rub in. Skin may be more prone to sunburn. Medication may stain clothing or bedding. Protect from heat, light, & moisture.
    • For drops products : Measure dose using a dosing spoon/cup/syringe.
    • For tablet, chewable products : Chew medicine completely before swallowing.
