Throughout the years, Ina Garten has published plethora of delicious cake recipes in her various cookbooks and on her website. As someone who has tried many of them, I can safely say one of Ina's most classic cakes is the sour cream coffee cake recipe.

Transfer half your cake batter into a classic round pan and spread it out evenly before topping this layer with a bit of streusel. Then add in the remaining batter and sprinkle on the rest of the streusel. Bake the cake for about an hour.
