As thousands of out-of-state visitors descended on Milwaukee for the start of the Republican National Convention on Monday, many seemed pleasantly surprised by a local delicacy: Spotted Cow beer.
A cow got loose at RodeoHouston and was spotted running away from the rodeo grounds at NRG Stadium. The Houston Police Officers' Union posted video showing the cow running away from the gates.
