Netflix subscribers looking to get rid of their subscription should hold fire, as the streamer may be set to get a scrapped sequel to one of Quentin Tarantino’s films. While Tarantino has left the project behind, an iconic director has picked up the slack in David Fincher, the man behind masterpieces like Mindhunter and Se7en.

TV star Cliff Booth and his loyal stuntman Rick Dalton may be getting back together. A follow-up to Quentin Tarantino ’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is being assembled, with David Fincher, not Tarantino, in the director’s chair. It also has Brad Pitt and possibly Leonardo DiCaprio circling to reprise their popular and award-winning roles.

Quentin Tarantino and Brad Pitt might not be entirely done with Cliff Booth. In what initially struck many cinephiles as a cruel April Fool's joke but has now been reported by multiple outlets, Pitt is in talks to reprise his Oscar-winning role from "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" in a film written by Tarantino and directed by David Fincher,
