Ohio State is keeping a traditional spring football game. The school announced Wednesday that it is no longer branding the event on April 12 as a spring showcase. “We heard you, Buckeye Nation,” the announcement read. “The name ‘Spring Showcase’ didn’t capture what this day really means. So we’re calling it what it’s always been.”
