Lost International alleges some of Gaga's designs are "substantially similar if not nearly identical to" a trademark it's held since 2015

Lady Gaga is no stranger to design controversies. After all, she once wore a meat dress. But the latest one is a little surprising. She's being sued by a surfboard company that claims she stole its logo design.

Matt Biolos, a surfboard shaper, sues Lady Gaga for trademark infringement over her use of "Mayhem" in her album and merchandise. Biolos claims Gaga's design closely resembles his established surf brand logo.

Lady Gaga’s new album is certainly causing mayhem — but probably not in the way the pop icon expected. According to TMZ, a brand called Lost International is suing Gaga for trademark infringement, claiming she blatantly copied their design for her album branding and merch.
