Over 200,000 pounds of liquid egg products—sold under the Egg Beaters and Bob Evans brands—are being recalled nationwide over possible contamination with a cleaning solution that contains bleach.

The maker of Egg Beaters and Bob Evans liquid eggs is recalling products that may be contaminated with a bleach cleaning solution, including those sold in Colorado.

Cargill Kitchen Solutions is recalling a large amount of liquid egg product in 32-ounce cartons due to the possibility of a cleaning solution with sodium hypochlorite being in them, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) says.
