Police pulled the suspects’ vehicle over for driving without an illuminated rear registration plate. During the stop, officers reported seeing drug paraphernalia in the vehicle in plain view.
Funded by a $250,000 state grant, the cameras will pop up at 10 intersections in the North Shore hamlet of Jericho.
