I chose to use Shin Ramyun because, from what I understand, it's the gold standard of Korean instant noodles ... I added the entire seasoning packet. Anything less would be wimpy.

Or you could think way outside the box and follow the example of South Korean comfort foodies ... with the already-mixed Shin Ramyun. Lastly, dump the cheese packet into the pot and stir.
