There's been plenty of speculation online that the Bengals would be their opponent, and it seems as if Joe Burrow is on board with the idea.

Internet rumblings have suggested the Dolphins could "host" the international game in Madrid next November, making the Bengals one of the only logical opponents for the matchup. The Bengals have the sixth-longest drought in the NFL without an international game (2019), hence the team admitting they have been bracing for one as soon as 2025.
