I'm 23 and hadn't tried Indian food until recently either ... I tried escargot at a buffet in Las Vegas for the first time. The other food was amazing, but the snails were not for me.

My first day in India, and it started off wonderfully! There was food at every street corner selling street food, snacks, fruits, and you'll never find yourself going hungry.
