General Mills shares fell after the cereal giant cut its annual guidance. The maker of Lucky Charms said sales fell 5% last quarter, driven by a slowdown in its snack business and retailers reducing inventory.

General Mills Inc.’s stock was down 5% in premarket trading on Wednesday after the packaged food giant said slow snack sales impacted its fiscal third-quarter revenue. General Mills reported adjusted third-quarter profit of $1 a share,
