Starring Russell Crowe, Joaquin Phoenix, and Richard Harris, the film takes place in ancient Rome where Commodus (Phoenix) takes over power and demotes Maximus (Crowe), who is relegated to fighting to death as a gladiator.

Amazon Prime has won the right to produce a feature-length documentary in which King Charles will grant filmmakers private access. The Times of London reports that filming has already begun on the project, with Charles hoping to share his message with viewers about ways he believes they can “transform people, places and ultimately the planet.”
