The once-popular retailer has been accepting Amazon and other third party returns inside its fleet of stores at a "Return Drop" station for several years.

Kohl's is suspending Amazon returns service and gathering customer feedback at a few stores, including one reportedly in Eau Claire, the company said Monday.
