A camera caught this image of a person stealing wire from a Kinetic ... in Letcher County to steal the copper in them. It happened again in Perry County about 3 a.m. the next day.

Two men were arrested Thursday after they were allegedly seen driving away with stolen copper wire hanging out of a truck south of Bakersfield, according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
