Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur commented Tuesday on the possibility of former Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers signing with the NFC North rival Minnesota Vikings in free agency. Speaking to reporters at the league meetings in Palm Beach, Florida, LaFleur said the following about the idea of Rodgers donning Vikings purple:

LaFleur was Rodgers's head coach from 2019 until the Packers traded him to the New York Jets in 2023. The duo led Green Bay to two NFC Championship Game appearances but the team went 8–9 in their final season together, prompting a split.
